A Word About On Site Reporting…
If you’ve done your homework, you’re aware that many home inspectors provide on site reporting. Buyers and agents like the immediate results, and inspectors like it for squeezing in more inspections. While we have the capability to do so, New Leaf believes you deserve better for your money. Upon completion of the inspection, we head back to the office to review photos and information gathered during the inspection process and provide a .pdf of your inspection report you can review over coffee the next morning. You spend less time sitting in the driveway waiting for a “fast food inspection report” and can rest assured knowing we’ve taken additional time (in most cases, an additional 2 or more hours) with your report that “the other guys” have not.
